摘　　要：苎麻纤维质地轻、强力大、吸收和扩散水分快、耐热、染色鲜艳、抗霉性强。Coolmax纤维具有独特的四沟槽结构,可将人体活动时所产生的汗水迅速排至面料的表面,同时快速蒸发,保持肌肤清爽。文中介绍了采用27.7 tex苎麻纱和18 tex Coolmax纱在双面圆机上编织麻盖Coolmax面料的具体上机工艺。Ramie fiber possesses the advantages of low density, high strength, fast moisture absorption and disperse, highresistance to heat, bright dyeing colors and good mold resistance. The special four-groove structure of Coolmax fiber cantransfer the sweat very fast to the outer surface of the fabric. Then the sweat vaporizes rapidly and the skin keepscomfortable. This paper introduces in detail the actual knitting technology of one kind of fabric with ramie face and Coolmaxback on double circular knitting machine using ramie fiber yarn of 27.7 tex and Coolmax fiber yarn of 18 tex.
