桥池置管引流对外伤性脑疝的治疗作用

摘　　要：本文报告了我院近10年来对34例外伤性脑疝施行桥池置管引流的疗效,并与同期内行创腔引流的另34例进行对比分析。结果表明:桥池置管引流具有双向引流作用,引流通畅,有利于渡过脑水肿高潮期和减少后遣症发生。经桥池引流管测量颅内压力方法简便,可为治疗提供参考依据。In this paper, thirty four patients with traumatic cerebral hernia (TCH) subjected to pontine intracisternal drainage(PICD) and other 34 cases with some subjected to wound cavity drainage were comparatively reported. The results showed that: putting drainage-tube into the pontine cisterna may play a role of dual-direction drainage for CSF and be helpful for passing the cerebral edematous climax and reducing the incidence of the remote consequences. Such a prosedure is simple and may be suitable to the clinical treatments.
