摘　　要：文中介绍了新型筒子染色机应具备的功能,主要为流量控制装置、换热方式与结构、换向装置及控制、计量加料系统、溢流式加盐装置、升温比例控制、等容积辅缸、压力脱水、自动化控制。Higher requirements are put forward to new type yarn package dyeing machines due to different quality requirementof the dyed material and the continuous improvement of dyeing technology. This paper introduces the needed functions ofa new type yarn-package dyeing machine, including the flux control device, heat-exchange mode and structure, direction-changing device and control, quantitative feeding system, over-flow mode salt-feeding device, proportional temperature-rising control device, auxiliary constant cubage container, hydro-extraction device using pressure and automatic control.
