摘　　要：本文报告自1958年至1991年间收治的创伤性假性动脉瘤57例,其中15例做了动脉切除瘤破口修补术,28例做了动脉瘤切除血管移植术,另14例做了动脉端端吻合术或近端动脉结扎术。据随访,84%的病例疗效良好。本文讨论了诊断方法及发病机理并重点阐述了各种手术方法的适应症。From June 1958 to September 1991, 57 patients with traumatic false aneurysm underwent surgical treatment consisting of resection of aneurysm with autogenous saphenous vein graft (13 cases) or prosthesis (15 cases) and with repairing the punctured artery (15 cases) or other methods (14 cases). The operative mortality was 5% and the postoperative result satisfactory in 84% of patients. Diagnostic methods and etiology of this disease are discussed, The indication of all kinds of surgical methods to treat this disease are also discussed in detail.
