摘  要:目的 观察运用组织工程法治疗Perthes病模型。方法 以骨髓基质细胞为种子细胞 ,纤维蛋白凝胶为支架 ,结合钻孔减压 ,将其移植入Perthes病模型。结果 自体或异体骨髓基质细胞组相比较单纯钻孔和模型组 ,其修复的活跃程度和修复范围均明显占优 ,异体移植未表现出明显的免疫排斥。骨髓基质细胞在损伤骨骺板处形成团块状软骨 ,未见类似骺板结构。结论 运用组织工程法治疗Perthes病模型 ,可促进骨骺和干骺端骨修复 。Objective To treat Perthes disease model by method of tissue engineering.Methods Bone marrow stromal cells were used as seeds and fibrin sealant as scaffold.They were transplanted into femoral heads of Perthes disease model by way of drilled hole.Results In the autotransplantation or allotransplantation group of bone marrow stromal cells,repair of femoral head necrosis was much better than hole drilled group and model group in the aspect of repairing extent and activity.No obvious signs of immunorejection were found in allotransplantation group.Bone marrow stromal cells could only repair the epiphyseal lesion with chondrocytes,and could not reform a normal structure of epiphysis.Conclusion Method of tissue engineering could accelerate the repair process of Perthes disease model,but could not repair epiphyseal lesion.
