摘　　要：目的　探讨活动期SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞的活化状态。方法　应用双色荧光抗体标记和流式细胞仪检测活动期SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞上HLA DR的表达。结果　与对照组相比较 ,活动期SLE患者HLA DR+ 的外周血单一核细胞、B细胞、CD3 + 、CD4+ 、CD8+ 及CD4+ HLA DR+ /CD8+ HLA DR+ 均显著升高。结论　活化的外周血淋巴细胞及其亚群在SLE的发病和疾病进展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To study the peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with active stage of SLE.Methods The expression of HLA-DR on peripheral blood lymphocyte was determined by double color labeling antibodies and flow cytometry in patients with active stage of SLE.Results The peripheral blood mononuclear cells,B cells,CD 3 +、CD 4 +、CD 8 + cells and the ratio of CD 4 +/CD 8 + which expressed HLA-DR were significantly higher in active stage of SLE compared with normal controls.Conclusion Activated peripheral blood lymphocyte and its subsets may play an important role in the pathogenesis and disease progress in SLE.
