竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号对寻常性银屑病患者生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号对寻常性银屑病患者生活质量的影响。方法　纳入了 5 8例生活质量受明显影响的寻常性银屑病患者 ,随机分为竹黄组、银屑组 ,分别于治疗前、治疗后用皮肤病生活质量表 (DQOLS)、银屑病皮损面积与严重程度指数 (PSAI)进行评价。结果　竹黄组的患者DQOLS和PASI积分均得到明显改善 ,显著优于银屑组 (P<0 .0 1) ;竹黄组DQOLS的改善程度与PASI的改善程度显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号有利于皮损症状的改善从而提高寻常性银屑病患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Zhuhuang Granule Ⅱ on the quality of life of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 58 patients whose quality of life were deteriorated obviously were included,of which,30 cases were treated with Zhuhuang Granule Ⅱ and the others with Yinxieling,both randomly.All the patients were evaluated with DQOLS and PASI scores,before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of DQOLS and PASI of the Zhuhuang group were both improved markedly,more remarkable than the Yinxieling group(P<0.01).The correlation on the degree of improvement between DQOLS and PASI in Zhuhuang group was remarkable.Conclusion Zhuhuan Granule Ⅱ can improve quality of life of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris,which is favor for resolving lesions.
