摘　　要：目的　探讨老年收缩期高血压 (SHE)患者降压治疗前后超声检测颈动脉血流动力学变化并进行对比分析。方法　测定 1 0 9例无合并症 SHE患者降压治疗前后颈动脉收缩期峰值流速 (SPV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、时间平均流速 (TAV)、阻力指数 (RI)和搏动指数 (PI)。结果　降压治疗后患者 RI、 PI降低 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论　所测的血流参数对Objective Hemodynamic variations of carotid artery were detected before and after antihypertensine treatment in patients with systolic hypertension in elderly(SHE).Methods Data of the systolic peak velocity(SPV),diastolic end velocity(EDV),time average velocity(TAV),resistance index(RI)and pulsatile index(PI)in 109 SHE patients without complications were determined and analyzed.Results RI and PI were significantly reduced in SHE patients after the treatment( P <0 01).Conclusions The hemodynamic parameters are significant to the clinic diagnosis and treatment of SHE patients.
