彩超引导斜角进针自动肾活检的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声 (CDFI)引导斜角进针肾组织自动活检的成功率、并发症和临床价值。方法　应用内槽切割式自动活检装置 ,在彩色多普勒超声引导下斜角进针 ,对 6 6例肾脏患者进行肾穿刺活检。结果　一次穿刺成功 6 6例 ,成功率 1 0 0 % ,光镜下每例肾小球数目均数为 (1 8± 5 )个 ,肉眼血尿 2例 ,发生率 3.0 %。结论　该方法具有操作简便 ,成功率高 ,并发症少等优点 。Objective To determine the successful rate?complications and clinical value of automated renal biopsy device with color Doppler flow imaging guided through an oblique angle puncture.Methods Sixty six patients with nephropathy underwent renal automatic spring loaded inner trough biopsy device with color Doppler flow imaging guided through an oblique angle puncture.Results All biopsies were successfully perfromed in 66 patients.Once successful rate was 100%.The number of nephron was 18±5/patient microscopically.The gross hematuria occurred in 2 patients(3 0%).Conclusions This method is not only easy to practise,but also has higher successful puncture rate with low occurrance of complications.
