摘  要:目的探讨胫腓骨外固定支架生物学固定的临床效果。方法20例胫腓骨开放性骨折患者行Bastiani外固定支架固定,2周拆线后开始微动,每2周复查X线至有大量骨痂停止微动,观察骨折愈合情况。结果术后6周已有少量骨痂生长,10~12周有较多骨痂生长,5个月已达临床骨愈合。结论外固定支架生物学固定胫腓骨骨折,能明显缩短骨愈合时间,提高骨折愈合质量,且操作方便,值得推广。Objective To assess the clinical effect of Bastiani external fix at or on biological osteosynthesis in the treatment of tibiofibular fractures. Meth ods Bastiani external fixators were applied to treat 20 patients with open tibio fibular fracture. Micromovement was initiated 2 weeks postoperatively. The heali ng process was monitored by x-ray every other week. Micromovement lasted until a large amount of bone callus formed. Results A small amount of bone callus was observed 6 weeks after the surgery. A large amount of bone callus was observed a fter 10 to 12 weeks. The bone healing process lasted 5 months. Conclusion The ex ternal fixator, when used for tibiofibular fractures, can significantly shorten the bone healing process and improve the fracture union. The operation is simple and convenient for patients as well.
