摘 要:采用后肢创伤法建立创伤性休克大鼠模型 ,观察休克过程中组织氧分压的动态变化 ,评价组织氧分压监测在休克监测中的意义。利用氧依赖性的淬灭技术测定创伤前后大鼠骨骼肌、肝脏、小肠的组织氧分压的动态变化 ,监测血流动力学改变。结果显示 ,休克末和复苏后各时间点组织氧分压较伤前明显降低(P <0 0 5 ) ,复苏后血压水平的提高亦不能改变机体组织氧分压的下降趋势 ,其中肝脏及小肠的组织氧分压变化较骨骼肌更为显著 (P <0 0 5 )。提示内脏器官在休克过程中的缺血、缺氧程度更为严重 ,内脏组织的氧分压测定在休克的监测中有一定的意义。To study the dynamic changes and the significance of oxygen partial pressure in tissues in rats with traumatic shock, a traumatic shock model in Sprague Dawley rats were reproduced by limbs wounding, and oxygen partial pressure in tissues, including skeletal muscles,liver and small intestine, were assayed before trauma and after shock based on oxygen dependent quenching. Meanwhile, hemodynamic parameters of the rats were monitored. The results showed that oxygen partial pressure in tissues decreased significantly after traumatic shock( P <0 05), and it was not restored even after resuscitation with a rise in blood pressure. The oxygen partial pressure changes in the liver and small intestine were more significant than that of skeletal muscles( P <0 05). It was suggested that ischemia and hypoxia of internal organs were serious, and that it would be helpful to monitor the oxygen partial pressure of internal organs during resuscitation of traumatic shock
