摘  要:目的 了解冬季气候变暖影响钉螺生存繁殖的作用机理。方法 冬季采集的钉螺放入不同温度的恒温培养箱 ,模拟外界气候变暖。用酶组织化学技术观察不同温度下钉螺中枢神经节、雌雄生殖腺一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的变化。结果 中枢神经节 NOS的含量 0℃组及 - 4℃组明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。睾丸组织 NOS的平均灰度值随着温度的降低呈上升的趋势 ,- 2℃以下的实验组同对照组相比差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。卵巢组织 NOS的平均灰度值变化较为复杂 ,其平均灰度值呈先上升后下降 ,然后再上升的变化趋势。结论 温度变化对钉螺的生存和繁殖都产生较大的影响 ,生殖腺对外界温度的变化敏感度明显大于神经节。冬季温度升高会使钉螺体内的 NOS发生变化 。ObjectiveTo understand the m ec hanism of the global warming impact on survival and reporduction of Oncomelania hupensis during winter. Methods The snails collected in the winter were incubated in different temperature which simulated to the warming scenario in the winter. The changes of NOS in the centric ganglion and gonad of Oncomelania hupensis was observed by using the enzyme histochemistry technology. ResultsThe gray density of NOS of the centric g anglion in the 0℃ group and -4℃ group was higher than that in the control grou p significantly (P<0.05). The gray density of NO S in testicle presented the rising trend with the drop of temperature, the densi ty of NOS in the group in the temperature lower than -2℃ was significantly high er than that of the control group(P<0.05). The change of NOS density in ovary was complex with a decline trend after a rise and then rise again. ConclusionThe change of tempe rature impacts the living and reproduction of snail, with a higher sensitivity o f gonad than that the centric ganglion. The increase of temperature in winter in fluences the changes of snail NOS which is advantaged to the survival and reproduction of snails.
