涂片阴性肺结核化疗方案中加用迪克菲的研究

摘　　要：目的　为探讨一种高效稳定 ,简便易行 ,适用于现有条件下广泛应用于涂阴肺结核的短期化疗方案。方法　对 12 0例初治涂阴肺结核病人 ,应用含迪克菲抗痨新药组成 2HL1ZE/ 2L1H化疗方案 ,采用不住院全程管理方法。结果　病灶吸收率为 95 80 % (115 / 12 0 ) ;停药 3年 ,随访观察肺部病灶X线复发率为 5 83%(7/ 12 0 ) ;没有 1例痰菌复阳。结论　此化疗方案疗程短 ,疗效高 ,毒性小 ,费用低 ,而且近中期疗效都较满意 ,对落实“查实必治、治必彻底”的要求提供了有效办法 。Objective To investigate effective, stable,simple,short-course chemotherapy regimens in pulmonary tuberculosis with smear negative.Methods 120 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with smear negative and initial treatment receive combined chemotherapy regimens 2HL 1 ZE/2L 1 H.Results The X-ray resolution rates was 95.80%(115 of 120),the 120 cases was follow-up visited three years after the therapy.The relapsing rates of X-ray performance were 5.83%(7 of 120).Sputum positive conversion were zero.Conclusion Our study showed that the combined chemotherapy regimens provide a new effective way for treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
