摘  要:利用铸渗法对铜合金表面进行改性,用Ni Cr合金粉末作为渗剂在负压条件下进行浇注,在铜合金铸件的特定表面得到组织结构不同于基体的渗层。经SEM观察,发现渗层与基体呈冶金熔合状态,界面结合良好;熔合的最内层以Cu基固溶体为主,外层是以渗剂粉末为基的固溶体,中间为过渡层。The surface capabilities of copper alloy have been improved using casting infiltration. Ni-Cr alloy powder was used as infiltrated agent under the condition of negative pressure to form the infiltrated layer on the surface of copper casting whose structure is different to that of matrix. With the SEM, it can be seen that the interface between the base metal and the penetrated layer doesn't?exist holes and the structure is compact. The interface belongs to metallurgical fusion. The inner layer consists of mainly solid solution based on Cu, and the outer layer is solid solution based on the agent, and the middle layer is transition layer.
