摘  要:目的:通过对多点接触接骨板与动力加压钢板治疗长管状骨骨折的对比研究,探讨多点接触接骨板的应力变化。方法:20只山羊以线锯锯断双侧股骨致完全骨折,分别以多点接触接骨板(实验组)和同等材质的动力加压钢板(对照组)内固定,进行三点弯曲试验,记录有关数值,同时描记载荷形变曲线。结果:两种接骨板在固定早期,其抗弯及抗扭力学强度差异无显著性意义,而在骨折愈合中后期,实验组各项指标均优于对照组,取出接骨板后各项力学指标亦优于对照组。结论:多点接触接骨板在骨折固定早期,能为骨折愈合提供良好的稳定性;而在骨折愈合的中后期,多点接触接骨板的固定强度逐步下降,应力遮挡逐步消失,允许折端承受一定的应力刺激,有利于骨折的愈合与塑形,减少甚至避免再骨折的发生。AIM:To discuss the stress changes of multipoint contact(MPC) plate by comparat ive study of MPC plate and dynamic compression plate for the treatment of long b one fracture.METHODS:The both lateral femurs of 20 goats were sawed with wire saw to result in complete fracture,and then fixed internally with MPC plate(trial group) and dynamic compression plate(control group).All the animals were performed with thr ee-point bending test.The related data were recorded,and the load-deformation curve was traced.RESULTS:In the early period of fixation,there was no significant difference in the mechanical strength of anti-bending and anti-torque between the two gr oups,while in the later period of fracture healing,all the indexes of mecha nics in the trial group were better than those in the control group with or w ithout plate. CONCLUSION:MPC plate can provide good stability for the fracture healing durin g the early period of fixation,while in the middle and later period,the fixed st rength of MPC plate decreases,and the stress protection disappears gradually.Per mission of bearing stress stimulation to the ends of fracture benefits the heali ng and modeling of fracture,and decreases even avoids the occurrence of refractu re.
