摘　　要：目的 :总结应用B超引导下行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术的经验。方法 :分析使用B超线阵扫描探头实时引导 ,配以穿刺导向器和经改良的套迭式金属扩张管鞘 ,行经皮肾穿刺造瘘手术 88例 10 4侧肾的分析临床资料。结果 :肾穿刺成功率 10 0 % ,满意放置导管造瘘成功率 96 .2 % (10 0 / 10 4 ) ,无严重并发症。结论 :实时B超引导下行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术成功率高 ,创伤小 ,安全 ,可靠。Purpose:To present our experience of percutaneous nephreostomy under B-ultrasound guidance.Methods:The record of 88 patients with Percutaneous Nephreostomy performed 104 times under B-ultrasound guidance from November 2001 to March 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. All suffered kidney were with stone, or hydronephrosis caused by postrenal obstruction.Results:The success rate of which the introducer needle tip was correctly positioned at the target point inside kidney was 100%, and the catheter has been placed satisfactorily was 96.2%. No serious complication has been met with.Conclusions:A high success rate and less trauma were the merits of the procedure, the technique is claimed to be safe and reliable. It contains obvious advantage for using a modified metallic dilating tube during the procedure. Better skill is necessary for passage scheme and tract dilation.
