摘 要:目的 探讨定量CT测量中老年女性L1~L4椎体骨密度差异及其临床价值。方法 随机选取年龄 3 5~ 98岁健康女性 72 5例 ,按 5岁 1个年龄段分组 ,应用定量CT进行腰椎骨密度测量 ,采用方差分析和SPSS10 .0软件进行统计学处理 ,比较L1~L4椎体骨密度随年龄增长的变化及其差异。结果 L1~L4椎体骨密度随年龄增长而逐渐降低 ,5 0~ 5 4岁年龄段骨量下降明显加速 (Ρ <0 .0 1) ;其中L1椎体骨密度从 45~ 64岁各年龄段都有显著的降低 (Ρ <0 .0 5 )。结论 中老年女性L1~L4椎体骨密度随年龄增长而降低且其变化存在差异 ,以L1在年龄增长过程中骨密度降低变化为著 。Objective To explore the clinical value and the difference of bone mineral density(BMD) in every vertebra of lumbar spine in middle old-aged Chinese female with quantitative computed tomography (QCT).Methods The BMD in every vertebra of lumbar spine was investigated by QCT in 725 healthy females aged from 35 to 98 years. They were divided into groups every five years.The BMD in vertebra of lumbar spine (L 1~L 4) were measured by QCT and the groups tested for significant differences,using SPSS10.0 software for the analysis.Results Lumbar spine (L 1~L 4) BMD declined with aging. The bone quantity was predominantly declined in group of 50 to 54 years (Ρ<0.01). In addition, in L 1, it was shown that bone decline BMD was predomiaantly from 45 years to 64 years (Ρ<0.05).Conclusion There is significant BMD decline with aging and it is difference in vertebrae of lumbar spine (L 1~L 4) in middle old-aged Chinese female, especially for L 1,it is important to use QCT technique in BMD measurement and in diagnosis of osteoporosis.
