摘　　要：细胞心肌成形术是治疗终末性心脏病的新方法。现从移植细胞的种类、存活、分化、与宿主心肌细胞的整合。Cellular cardiomyoplasty is a novel and promising approach in the trea tment of end-stage cardiac diseases,such as myocardial infarction and heart fa ilure.In this article,cell types used for cardiac cell transplantation,success ful cell survival and differentiation after transplantation,integration into th e host myocardium,enhanced angiogenesis,influence on host cardiac structure an d function,and also the unsolved problems are discussed in both laboratory and clinic.
