摘  要:目的 :研究罗格列酮对高果糖大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法 :选择雄性SD大鼠以高果糖饲喂4周 ,用罗格列酮 (3 0mg/kg·d,n=11)治疗4周 (治疗组 ) ,测定收缩压 (SBP)、空腹血糖 (FBG)、空腹血胰岛素 (FINS)、瘦素 (LP) ,用稳态模型 (HOMA)评估胰岛素抵抗 (IR) ,并与模型组和对照组比较。结果 :模型组大鼠SBP、LP、FINS、IR明显高于对照组 (P<0.01) ;治疗组大鼠LP、FINS、IR明显低于模型组 (P<0.01) ,与对照组相比差别无统计学意义。结论 :罗格列酮能降低胰岛素和瘦素水平 ,改善高果糖饲养大鼠的胰岛素抵抗 。Objective:To study the effects of Rosiglitazone on insulin resistance (IR) in fructose-fed rats. Methods: Six-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed with fructose for 4 weeks and treated with Rosiglitazone for 4 weeks. The systolic blood pressure(SBP), fasting plasma glucose (FBG), fasting plasma insulin (FINS), and plasma leptin (LP) were detected. The insulin resistance was calculated with homeostasis model. Results: SBP,LP, FINS and IR in the model group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01).LP, FINS and IR in treatment group were significantly lower than that in model group (P< 0.01), and no different change was found compared with that in control group.Conclusion: Rosiglitazone can decrease the level of insulin and leptine, effectively prevent insulin resistance, and decrease blood pressure.
