摘　　要：目的 :探讨乌司他丁对普胸手术患者肝、肾功能的保护作用。方法 :将40例普胸手术的患者随机分为用药组与对照组 ,观察2组患者谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、γ -谷氨酰转肽酶、血肌酐、血尿素氮和血α1-微球蛋白手术前后的变化。结果 :用药组术后各项检测指标均低于对照组 ,其中谷丙转氨酶、血尿素氮、血肌酐、血α1-微球蛋白在术后与对照组同时段差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :乌司他丁对普胸手术患者的肝。Objective:To explore the protective effects of Ulinastatin (UTL) on the liver and kidney functions in the thoracic operations.Methods: Forty patients were randomly divided into UTL treated group and control group.The levels of AST, ALT, γ-GT, Scr, BUN, and α1-mG were measured in two groups before and after the surgeries.Results:In UTL treated group, the levels of AST, ALT, γ-GT, Scr, BUN, and α1-mG were lower than that in control group postoperatively. ALT, BUN, Scr and α1-mG were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: UTL can protect the liver and kidney functions for patients who receive the thoracic operations.
