摘　　要：本文论述了氮化硅结构陶瓷材料的性能,重点介绍了该材料在国内外现代制造业中的应用现状,也讨论了氮化硅存在的缺陷及研究方向。This paper discusses the properties of silicon nitride structural ceramics. It introduces emphatically much application of this material in modem manufacturing industry at home and abroad. It also discusses the existed defects and research direction of silicon nitride ceramics.
