摘　　要：全文简要阐述了核心竞争力的概念及维度,重点就肿瘤专科医院核心竞争力进行深入而全面的分析。肿瘤专科医院核心竞争力主要体现在四个方面一是肿瘤专科医院的核心价值观;二是肿瘤专科医院的专科人才和专科技术;三是肿瘤专科医院的组织结构和完备的专业设备;四是肿瘤专科医院特有的组织内良好的沟通、协调能力。This article describes the conception and components of core competency,and comprehensively analyzes the core competency in tumor hospitals.The core competency of tumor hospitals includes following four aspects:First,tumor hospitals' core value perspective;Second,tumor hospitals special faculty technology;Third,tumor hospitals special organization and special medical equipments;Finally,special organizations,good internal communication and cooperation in tumor hospitals.
