摘  要:采用超声辐射沉淀法以草酸为沉淀剂制备出纳米Y2 O3 ∶Eu3 + 粉体。利用XRD、TG DTA、TEM等手段对其进行了表征 ,并对其光谱特性进行了研究。结果表明 :将超声辐射引入普通沉淀法中 ,可显著提高粉体性能 ,所得纳米Y2 O3 ∶Eu3 + 为球形 ,粒度分布均匀 ,粒径约为 38~ 4 5nm ,与微米晶相比 ,该纳米晶的发射光谱发生蓝移 ,激发光谱发生红移。By using oxalic acid as precipitant,nanometer Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+) was prepared by ultrasonic radiation precipitation method.The synthetic process and properties of nanometer Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+) was studied by XRD,TG-DTA and TEM.The spectra were investigated.The results indicate that it could improve the properties of the powder when ultrasonic radiation was introduced into precipitation.The product has an average diameter of 38-45 nm with good dispersion and spherical shaped.Compared with the micron-scale Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+),the main excitation peak of the sample is around 255nm,resulting in a red shift,and the blue shift was observed in the emission spectrum.
