益肾健脾养血通利方对Poresky PCOS大鼠模型的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察益肾健脾养血通利方对PCOS大鼠的作用及其作用机制进行初步探讨。方法 :选用Poresky的PCOS动物 ,观察大鼠体重、动情周期、血清胰岛素和IGF I水平、性激素以及病理组织学的变化。结果 :本方能降低PCOS大鼠的体重、维持动情周期、降低血清胰岛素和IGF I水平 ;卵巢囊泡体积明显缩小 ,卵泡壁颗粒细胞层及黄体数量增加。结论 :益肾健脾养血通利方具有降低血清胰岛素水平、改善多囊卵巢征象、恢复排卵的作用。To investigate the effects of the Yishen Jianpi Yangxue Tongli Fang(YSJP)on PCOS rats and to study the mechanism of action of the recipe.Methods:The kind of animal model established by Poresky was used to observe body weight,estrous cycle,serum insulin,insulin-like growth factor I(IGF-I),sex hormone and examinational results of pathological histology.Results:YSJP could lower the level of serum insulin and insulin-like factor I(IGF-I)in rats,lighten the body weight,maintain the estrous cycle.The examinational results of pathological histology showed that YSJP could contract the volumes of ovarian vesicles obviously and increase stratum granulosa of ovarian follicle and the quantity of luteum.Conclusion:YSJP had the effect of lowing the level of serum insulin,improving the syndromes of PCO,recovering ovulation.
