摘  要:目的:研究不同动情周期雌大鼠下丘脑室旁核(PVN)一氧化氮合酶(NOS)神经元的分布。方法:采用SABC法结合图像定量分析。结果:动情期大鼠PVN中NOS神经元数量最多,细胞深染、突起明显;动情前期和后期神经元数量中等;动情间期神经元数量最少,细胞元数量中等;动情间期神经元数量最少,细胞染色浅。经方差分析,不同动情周期各组PVN中NOS神经元细胞数、灰度值总体有显著差异动情期组与动情间期组两项指标也有显著性差异。结论:NO可能与雌性动物生殖周期的调控有关。Objective: To study the localization of NOS neurons in hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus in female rats during different estrous cycle. Methods: SABC immunohistochemical technique combining with image quantitative analysis were used. Results: During estrous, the numbers of NOS neurous presented in PVN were largest, the cells were stained strongly and clearly were found around the cell body. The cell numbers of proestrous and metestrous were moderate, and those of anestrous were smallest, and the cells were slightly stained as well. Using F test, the cell numbers of NOS neurous and the grey degree in each group of PVN during different estrous cycle were statistically different. In which 2 indices of estrous group was significantly higher than those of anestrous group. However, only the cell numbers of proestrous group was obviously higher than those of anestrous group. Conclusion: It suggests that the nitric oxide is related to the reproductive cycle of female animals.
