摘 要:本文比较了五种人工培养基对昆虫病原格氏线虫Steinernema glaseri生长、繁殖、产量、带菌率和毒力的影响。经筛选以D培养基(鸡杂71%、猪油16%、海绵碎8%、水5%)最好,每瓶70克产量达10—26×10~6条。其培养的格氏线虫子代带菌率最高,毒力最强。以培养基、接菌量和接线虫量这三个影响线虫产量的主要因素的正交试验表明:本组合中,接菌量的多少是影响线虫产量的主导因素。Five media were selected for a comparative study on the growth rate, productivity, symbiotic bacteria and virulence of the insecticidal nematode Sieinernema glaseri, which is a potential biological agent for insect control. The results showed that the medium D composed of chicken offal 71%, sponge 8%, lard 16% and water 5% was rhe best for the preformance of the nematode. It yielded 10-26×106 infective nematodes per 70 grams and the nematodes thus produced had higher virulence and retained more symbiotic bacteria than those from other media. The perpendicularity test showed that the number' of the bacterial inocula played a leading role in mass production of the nematode.
