摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定三氟甘露糖的含量。方法:采用ODSC18-Ultrasphere色谱柱穴250mm×4.6mm,5μm雪,以水-乙腈穴35∶65雪为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长220nm,柱温30℃。结果:三氟甘露糖在0.25～2.0mg/mL浓度范围内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好穴r=0.9989雪,方法的平均回收率为99.2%穴RSD为0.87%雪。结论:高效液相色谱法可用于三氟甘露糖含量测定。Objective:To establish a HPLC me thod for the determination of mannose triflate.Methods:ODS C 18-Ultrasphere column(250mm×4.6mm,5靘)was used,with the mobile p hase of water-acetonitrile(35∶65).The flow rate was1.0mL/min and de tection wavelength was220nm.The column emperature was used at30℃.Results :The linear range was0.25～2.0mg/mL to mannose triflate(r=0.998 9),and average recovery was99.2%with RSD of0.87%.Conclusion:The m ethod can be used for determination of mannose triflate.
