摘　　要：目的:评价3种促排卵方案对宫颈粘液评分变化的影响。方法:将60例患者分为3组,分别给予枸橼酸氯米芬穴CC雪+炔雌醇穴EE雪、CC+EE+绝经后促性腺激素穴HMG雪、HMG,待卵泡成熟后进行宫颈粘液评分。结果:宫颈粘液评分HMG组最高,CC+EE+HMG组其次,CC+EE组最低,三组间具有显著差异。结论:CC+EE+HMG与HMG是较佳的促排卵方案。Objective:To evalu at e the effect of three methods of impelling-ovulation on cervical mucus score(C MS).Methods:60cases of infertity women were given CC+EE,CC+EE+HMG and H MG in three groups separately to impelling-ovulation.CMS were carried during o vulatory phase.Results:CMS of HMG group was the hightest.CC+EE group was the lowest.There were significant difference in three groups.Conclusion:CC+EE+ HMG and HMG are the better choice for impelling-ovalation.
