摘　　要：目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)对烧伤残余创面的治疗作用。方法 :对 6 8例不同原因引发的烧伤残余创面 ,采用MEBO治疗 ,每 6小时治疗一次 ,观察记录创面愈合情况。结果 :4 8例残余创面均于治疗后 17天内愈合 ,最短愈合时间为 6天。结论 :本组在接受MEBO治疗之前均采用过传统药物治疗 ,因久治不愈而改用MEBO治疗 。Objective: To explore the efficacy of MEBO in treating residual burn wounds. Method: 68 patients with residual wounds of different burns were treated with MEBO. MEBO was applied every 6 hr. The wounds were observed carefully and the results recorded. Result: All the residual wounds healed in 17 days. The shortest healing time was 6 days. Conclusion: All the wounds had been treated with conventional method before MEBO treatment. Conventional method proved to be not effective. So MEBO treatment is superior to conventional method in treating residual burn wounds.
