摘 要:目的 研究蹼轮样CT成像法对肺部结构的显示及其临床应用。方法 3 3例健康志愿者和 46例病例行多层螺旋CT检查 ,扫描后图像传至工作站。从与水平面约呈 45°夹角的斜裂开始通过两肺门间的水平轴 ,按蹼轮样排列次序重建新的图像系列。结果 肺叶、肺段、叶间裂、气管、肺动脉及肺静脉等解剖结构自然展示在 3 6幅图像上 ,肺部解剖结构与CT图像间关系显得更贴近。在 46例病例中所有病灶均能被清晰显示。结论 蹼轮样CT成像能自然、有序地显示肺动脉、气管及其它结构 ,并能清晰显示病灶与肺解剖结构间的关系 。Objective To study the application of paddle-wheel CT in displaying pulmonary arteries and other lung structures.Methods 33 healthful volunteers and 46 patients underwent multi-detector row CT, collimation 2.5~3.75 mm and table speed was 17.5 mm/Rot.Staring along the major fissures at an angle of approximately 45° from horizontal, reconstructing a new set of planes arranged in a “paddle-wheel” pattern from the original data, in which all planes pass through a central horizontal axis between the two lungs and hilum.Results Lung lobes,segments,fissures,branching airways,arteries and veins were showed in a natural sequence on 36 images that followed their logical order and anatomic orientation. All lesions could be displayed clearly in 46 patients. Conclusion Paddle-Wheel method of CT can naturally and logically display pulmonary arteries,branching airways and other structures, and clearly display the relationship between lesion and lung anatomy.
