阑尾粘液囊肿的CT诊断

摘　　要：目的 :探讨阑尾粘液囊肿的CT诊断价值。材料和方法 :分析 7例阑尾粘液囊肿的CT表现特点及其病理基础。结果 :7例阑尾粘液囊肿 5例为囊性包块 ,2例为软组织密度包块 ,其密度均匀 ,CT值 6～ 5 4Hu ,大小在 2～ 9.4cm间 ,包块周围肠系膜脂肪层清晰 ,增强扫描 5例包块无增强 ,2例有轻度环形增强。 1例合并横结肠套叠 ,7例均未见腹膜假性粘液瘤。结论 :阑尾粘液囊肿CT表现具有囊性水样密度或软组织密度 ,密度均匀 ,增强扫描无增强或囊壁仅有轻度环形增强等特征。Purpose: To study the value of CT in the diagnosis of appendix mucocele. Materials and Methods: CT features of 7 case with appedix mucocele and pathological basis were analyzed. Results: 5 of 7 case showed cystic mass,2 case showed mass with soft tissue density.The density of all 7 case was homogenous. CT value of them was between 6Hu～54Hu,Size of them was between 2cm～9.4cm. Mesentery fat around the mass was clearly seen. On contrast CT,5 case showed no enhancement,2 case showed lightly annular enhancement. 1 case combined with transverse colon intussusception. Pseudomyxoma was not found in all 7 case. Conclusion:Homogenous cystic or soft tissue density and no enhancement or just lightly annular enhancement may be the main characteristic changes on CT in case of appendix mucocele.
