摘 要:提高充填料浆的输送浓度是提高充填体质量、降低充填成本的有效途径之一。为此 ,开展了减水剂在充填料浆中的作用机理研究并在金川矿山进行了试验与应用 ,结果表明 :在充填料浆中添加高效减水剂可以大大提高充填料浆的输送浓度 ,并显著改善高浓度充填料浆管道输送性能 ,减水效率可达 15 % ,充填体强度增大2 5 %~ 4 6 % ,并且可以进一步降低充填材料成本 ,节省排水排泥费用。Raising the transportation concentration of filling pulp is one of the effective ways to improve the quality of filling body and reduce the filling cost. For this, the study on the mechanism of water reducer in filling pulp was made. The test and application in Jinchuan Mine showed that the addition of highly effective water reducer in filling pulp could greatly raise the transportation concentration and remarkably improve the pipe transportation perfermances of high concentration filling pulp. The water reducing rate could reach 15% and the strength of the filling body be improved by 25%~ 40%. The filling material cost could be further reduced and the water and slime discharge cost be saved.
