摘　　要：为使北氵名河铁矿尽快达到设计生产能力 ,提出并实施了确定合理回采顺序 ,采用灵活的采矿方法 ,增加出矿设备能力 ,加强边角矿体的回收等方法 ,矿山生产能力显著提高 ,2 0 0 3年年产矿石 14 5万t ,预计 2 0 0 4年将达到年产矿石 180万t的生产能力。To make Beiminghe Iron Mine to reach as quickly as possible the designed production capacity, measures were proposed and taken such as determining the rational extraction sequence, applying flexible mining methods, increasing the capacity of ore drawing equipment and strengthening the recovery of corner ore. As a result, the mine production capacity was remarkably improved. The mine produced 1.45 million t ore in 2003 and is expected to produce 1.8 million t ore in 2004.
