斜井压裂工艺技术及其应用

摘　　要：针对斜井水力压裂中易出现的问题(产生多裂缝,裂缝扭曲,易发生砂堵),开发了斜井压裂工艺技术。所用工作液和材料有:含有机氟表面活性剂的预前置液;HPG/有机硼OB 99低伤害冻胶压裂液;高强度陶粒支撑剂;支撑裂缝处理剂。采用FracproPT软件进行压裂设计,建立的整套高效能低伤害压裂工艺特点如下:先用高粘(87mPa·s)压裂液在低排量下施工,形成主裂缝后改用中粘(60mPa·s)压裂液并逐渐加大排量;使用预前置液支撑剂段塞;降低前置液量;提高砂比;欠顶替;裂缝强制闭合;分段破胶;地层预处理和后处理。压裂施工方式多样,随储层和井况而定。采用该工艺技术在中原油田进行10井次压裂,施工井井斜41°～53°,施工成功率为90%,原先仅为65%。10口斜井压裂后油(气)产量均增加。表3参6。A hydraulic fracturing technology for directional wells is developed to overcome the difficulties often encountered in non-vertical well fracturing (creation of multiple and tortuous fractures and more sand plugging). The fluids and materials used are: a prepad fluid containing fluorosurfactant; a low damaging HPG/OB-99 gelling fracturing fluid; high strength haydite; and a treating fluid for propped fractures. The fracturing design is made by using soft ware 'Fracpro PT'. The technology established is comprehensive, of high efficiency and low damage and can be characterized by following statements: to perform fracturing operations initially with high viscosity (87 mPa·s) fracturing fluid at low pumping rate until main fracture(s) created and then with medium viscosity (60 mPa·s) fluid at increasing pumping rate; to add a proppant slug to the prepad fluid; to decrease the volume of prepad fluid; to apply high charge of proppant; the fluid being under-displaced; a measure of fracture compulsory closure being taken; the gel breackdown performed stepwise; pre- and post-treating aimed formations. The fracturing operations are conducted in various ways depending on reservoir and well status. 10 fracturing operations are performed by using this technology in 10 wells with hole inclination of 41°—53° in Zhongyuan with operational successfulness of 90% instead of 65% previously. The productivity of oil (gas) of all the 10 directional wells is raised after having been fractured.
