ClO_2作为杀菌剂在油田污水处理中的应用

摘　　要：在室内考察了由市售双组分"复方消毒剂"配成、质量浓度800mg/L的稳定溶液态ClO2作为油田回注污水杀菌剂的各项性能。加剂量为5mg/L时可杀灭污水中全部SRB菌和TGB菌;加剂量为5～18mg/L时可将75.1%～96.5%的Fe2+(34.5mg/L)转化为Fe3+;ClO2使污水腐蚀速率略有增大,但即使加剂量为20mg/L,也不会超过允许值(≤0.076mm/a);ClO2与各种水处理剂配伍。在日处理污水量5.0×103～6.0×103m3的胡二污水站进行了为期1个月的ClO2应用试验。该站采用石灰乳—聚丙烯酰胺—稳定剂处理工艺,处理后水pH值为8.5,在试验后期降至7.5。"复方消毒剂"两组分分别泵输至混合管线内反应,产生高浓度高活性ClO2并注入污水处理系统,加剂量逐步降低,在最后10天维持3mg/L。滤后水SRB菌数降至0,TGB菌数降至101个/mL,水质其余指标保持良好,一些指标有改善。图1表5参2。The performance properties of ClO_2 in stabilized aqueous solution of 800 mg/L prepared from a commercial two-package 'compounded disinfectant' as bactericide in oilfield recycled produced water treatment are investigated in laboratory. ClO_2 kills all bacteria SRB and TGB in the produced water at use level of 5 mg/L, converts 75.1—96.4% of Fe^(2+) (of concentration 34.5 mg/L) to Fe^(3+) at 5—18 mg/L, causes slight increase in corrosion rate of the produced water not exceeding allowable limit, 0.076 mm/a, even at use level of 20 mg/L, and is compatible with other water treating agents. An one-month field trial of using ClO_2 is conducted at the 2nd Huzhuang water treating plant in Zhongyuan purifying 5×10~3—6×10~3 m^3 water per day by using lime white—PAM—stabilizer treatments. The pH value of purified water in the late stage of the trial is lowered from 8.5 to 7.5. The two ingredients of 'compounded disinfectant' are separately pumped into the mixing pipeline where react to give high concentrated and high active ClO_2 which is introduced into the water treating system. A constant dosage of ClO_2, 3 mg/L, is maintained in last 10 days of the trial. The results of the trial are as follows: the population of bacteria SRB is lowered to zero and of bacteria TGB?—?to 10~1 cell/mL and other characteristics of quality of the purified produced water are maintained good or improved.
