摘  要:通过组分用量筛选,研制了一种地下缩聚、固化的脲醛树脂堵水堵漏剂。该剂含30%工业尿素,40%工业甲醛液,0.5%固化调节剂(工业氯化铵或硝酸铵)、0.5%~0.7%硅烷类偶联剂、3%~5%体膨剂,用清水配液。加入体膨剂的脲与甲醛溶液90℃时固化后,体积膨胀7.5%~5.0%,抗压强度16.4MPa。上述配方堵剂液在55~95℃下,在矿化度高达330g/L的地层水中浸泡30天后,体积膨胀3.0%~15.5%。用该剂封堵渗透率2.1~3.0μm2的填砂管或含有直径0.5mm缝隙的填砂管,在90℃候凝24小时后渗透率降至1×10-3μm2。该配方堵剂适用井温60~120℃,适用矿化度<300g/L,固化时间5~24小时可调,固化物抗压强度10~25MPa。在中原油田15口井使用该剂,堵水堵漏成功率100%,见效率87%。介绍了4个井例,包括1口油井和1口注水井封堵套管漏失,2口油井封堵出水。表5参3。The titled solution for water shutoff and case leakage remedy is composed of 30% industrial urea, 40% industrial formalin (~36% formaldehyde), 0.5% curing agent (industrial ammonium chloride or nitrate), 0.5—0.7% silane coupling agent, and 3—5% dilatant additive in fresh water. The urea/formaldehyde (U/F) solution with dilatant additive solidifies at 90℃ with 5.0—(7.5%) expension in volume and the cured gel has compression strength of 16.4 MPa. The hard gel formed from the formulated U/F solution at 90℃ expands in volume by 3.0—15.5% after having been immersed in a formation brine of TSD=330 g/L in 30 days at 55—95℃. For sand packs of permeability to water, k_w, 2.1—3.0 μm^2 or containing a fracture of 0.5 mm, k_w value of 1×10^(-3) μm^2 is measured after the formulated U/F solution having injected and cured at 90℃ in 24 hrs. The properly formulated U/F solutions solidify in 5—24 hrs controllably and are applicable to reservoirs of temperature ranged in 60—120℃ and of TSD<300 g/L and the cured gels have compression strength 10—25 MPa. These U/F solutions have been used in 15 wells in Zhongyuan oil fields with 100% successfulness and 87% positive response. 4 examples are presented: case leakages remedy in 1 production and 1 water injection wells and water shutoff in 2 production wells.
