复方丹参滴丸对高脂血症狗血液流变学影响的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究中药复方丹参滴丸对高脂血症狗血液流变性、红细胞微观流变性的影响及机制。方法　复制高脂血症狗模型 6个月后 ,给予复方丹参滴丸 4个月 ,之后采血测定甘油三酯、胆固醇含量 ,血液流变性 ,红细胞电泳率、渗透脆性、膜流动性及红细胞膜胆固醇与磷脂的摩尔比值 (Ch/Pl)。结果　复方丹参滴丸能降低高脂血症狗全血粘度、红细胞渗透脆性、红细胞膜胆固醇及Ch/Pl值 ,增加其变形指数、取向指数、小变形指数、红细胞电泳率和红细胞膜流动性。结论　复方丹参滴丸能明显改善高脂血症狗血脂紊乱及红细胞微观流变学指标 ,进而改善血液流变性。Objective The effects of Compound Dan-shen root drpping pill on hemorheology and biorheology was studied for hyperlipidemia modeis of dogs.Methods Compound Dan-shen root dropping pill was administered to the animal of hyperlipidemia.In the 4th month,blood was taken from the veins of the dogs,and blood triglyceride,choleserol,RBS hemorheological indexes including electrophoresis ratio,osmotic fragility,deformation index (DI),orientation index (DI) or and small deformation index(DI) d,microfluidity of the membrane lipid bilayer as well as the value of Ch/Pl of the membrane were compared befre and after the administration.Results After the administration of Compound Dan-shen root dropping pill for 4 months,the whole blood viscosity,RBC osmotic fragility,the value of Ch/Pl of the membrane were reduced.Deformation index (DI),orientation index (DI) or ,small deformation index(DI) d,electrophoresis ration and microfluidity of the membrane lipid bilayer of RBCs was distinctly improved.Conclusion Compound Dan-shen root dropping pill can improve micro-hemorheological characteristics,therefore improve symptoms of hyperlipidemia.
