血塞通注射液对血液流变性的效应

摘　　要：目的　观察血塞通注射液对血液流变性的影响。方法　献血者血液肝素抗凝 (34U/ml) ,体外配对试验 ,血液稀释。在不同的血液稀释状态下 ,粘度、变形性、聚集性发生变化。在不同稀释层次中 ,对照组加入生理盐水 ,实验组加入血塞通注射液 ,在 37℃放置 10min ,用红细胞变形聚集仪测量红细胞变形性和聚集性 ,用全血粘度测试仪测定全血粘度。结果　与生理盐水组对照 ,血塞通注射液组红细胞聚集性明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时红细胞变形性增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血液粘度降低 (P <0 0 1)。结论　血塞通注射液可以降低血液粘度 ,其原因是血塞通改善红细胞聚集性和变形性。Objective The effects of Xiesaitong on deformability and aggregation of human erythrocytes were studied.Methods The heparinized venous blood from normal blood donor was studied in vitro test by pairing.The aggregation and deformabilty of erythrocytes were measured by ektacytometer.Results When erythrocytes were in cubated for 10min at 37℃ with Xiesaitong and normal saline,the velocity of aggregation was much slower in group with xiesaitong than normal saline (P<0.01),so was the deformability(P<0.01).Conclusion These results suggest that Xiesaitong may decrease the aggregation of the normal erythrocytes.It has beneficial effects for cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
