摘　　要：本文报告的是用COX回归方法,对Ⅲ期煤工尘肺发病影响因素的分析结果。发现,诊断Ⅲ期前合并肺结核明显增加发生Ⅲ期煤工尘肺的危险性,而首次粉尘暴露-诊断Ⅰ期时间则与发生Ⅲ期煤工尘肺的危险性呈负相关。This paper reports the results of a Cox regression analysis of the factors that influence the occurrence of category Ⅲcoal-worker's pneumoconiosis(CWP). Pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly increase the risk of developing category Ⅲ CWP, while the length of time from dust exposure to the diagnosis of category Ⅰ CWP is negtively correlated to the risk.
