摘 要:对拟鹅观草属Pseudoroegneria 6种 2亚种和鹅观草属Roegneria 3种植物的核型进行了研究 ,核型公式如下 :P .spicata (Pursh)A .L ve ,2n =2x =1 4=1 2m ( 2sat) + 2sm ;P .strigosassp .aegilopoides(Drobov)A .L ve,2n=2x =1 4=1 2m ( 2sat) + 2sm ;P .libanotica (Hackel)A .L ve ,2n =2x =1 4=1 0m + 4sm( 4sat) ;P .stipifolia (Zern .exNevski)A .L ve ,2n =2x =1 4=1 2m ( 2sat) + 2sm ( 2sat) ;P .strigosa (M .Bieb .)A .L ve ,2n =2x =1 4=1 2m + 2sm ( 2sat) ;P .geniculata (Trin .)A .L ve ,2n =4x =2 8=2 0m + 8sm( 2sat) ;P .geniculatassp .scythica (Nevski)A .L ve,2n =4x =2 8=2 4m ( 2sat) + 4sm ;P .gracillima (Nevski)A .L ve,2n=4x =2 8=2 4m ( 2sat) + 4sm ;阿拉善鹅观草R .alashanicaKeng,2n =4x =2 8=2 2m + 6sm ( 2sat) ;昌都鹅观草R .elytrigioidesYen&J.L .Yang,2n=4x =2 8=2 2m + 6sm ( 4sat) ;大丛鹅观草R .magnicaespes(D .F .Cui)L .B .Cai,2n=4x=2 8=2 2m + 6sm。结合外部形态特征以及前人细胞遗传学和RAPD分析结果 ,推断R .alashanica、R .elytrigioides和R .magnicaespes很可能是在中国分布的拟鹅观草属植物。Karyotypes of six species and two subspecies in Pseudoroegneria and three species in Roegneria were investigated. The karyotype formulae were as follows: P. spicata (Pursh) A. Love, 2n = 2x = 14 = 12m (2sat) + 2sm; P. strigosa ssp. aegilopoides (Drobov) A. Love, 2n = 2x= 14 = 12m (2sat) + 2sm; P. libanotica Mackel) A. Love, 2n = 2x = 14 = 10m + 4sm (4sat); P. stipifolia (Zern. ex Nevski) A. Love, 2n = 2x = 14 = 12m (2sat) + 2sm (2sat) P. strigosa (M. Bieb. A. Love, 2n = 2x = 14 = 12m + 2sm (2sat); P. geniculata (Trin. A. Love, 2n = 4x = 28 20m + 8sm (2sat); P. geniculata ssp. scythica (Nevski) A. Love, 2n 4x = 28 = 24m (2sat) + 4sm; P. gracillima (Nevski) A. Love, 2n = 4x = 28 = 24m (2sat) + 4sm; R. alashanica Keng, 2n = 4x = 28 = 22m + 6sm (2sat); R. elytrigioides Yen & J. L. Yang, 2n = 4x = 28 = 22m + 6sm (4sat); R. magnicaespes (D. F. Cui) L. B. Cai, 2n = 4x = 28 = 22m + 6sm. The results of karyotype analysis, together with evidence from cytogenetics and RAPD analysis, indicate that R. alashanica, R. elyuigioides and R. magnicaespes may better be placed in Pseudoroegneria.
