摘  要:利用低压氧舱模拟高原训练,测定在相同运动强度下(800米竭力跑)运动员在不同环境中血乳酸、血氨水平的变化,证明:低压氧舱训练可提高负荷对身体的刺激强度,加速提高人体机能能力,体内的乳酸、血氨水平明显高于正常训练。结论:低压氧舱训练有助于提高运动员无氧代谢的能力。Making use of the low-pressure oxygen cabin to imitate the plateau training, measure the transformation of blood lactic acid, blood variety of level ammonia of athletes in the different environment under the same sport strength, proof: The training of low-pressure oxygen cabin can increase burden carry excitement strength to body and acceleration the functional ability of human body. Lactic acid and blood variety of level ammonia in bodies after the training of low-pressure are obviously higher than normal training. Conclusion: The low-pressure oxygen cabin training is beneficial to athlete's ability of none oxygen metabolization.
