摘 要:逐层自组装(layer-by-layer self-assembly)技术制备光学功能薄膜和器件,具有可设计性强,可实现组成剪裁和微结构调控,对研究发展一类新型光子学材料、器件与微系统有重要理论意义和广阔应用前景,是一个很具前瞻性的研究新领域。着重综述逐层自组装二阶非线性光学薄膜材料制备技术、特性及其应用;评述了分别基于共价键和离子键力的逐层自组装技术特征、研究进展与面临的主要问题及其发展趋势和前景。Layer-by-layer self-assembly technique has been developed for the fabrication of optical functional films and devices. The technique provides easy design and control over microstructure and composition of the films,making it is an important field in research and developing new type photonic materials, devices and micro-systems.The purpose of this paper is to review the development of layer-by-layer self-assembly films in second order non-linear optics, focusing on the preparation, characteristic and applications of the films. The characteristic, development and main problem of layer-by-layer self-assembly techniques based on covalent and ionic bond respectively are discussed. It can be expected that the new type materials are promising and will be used widely in high-tech filed in the future.
