摘  要:在聚氧乙烯五醚(NP5)、聚氧乙烯九醚(NP9)和环己烷组成的微乳体系中用氧化还原法制备SnO_2前驱物,然后在熔盐中再经800℃、860℃焙烧2.5h,成功地制备了金红石结构的SnO_2纳米棒,并用透射电子显微镜,X射线衍射对SnO_2纳米棒的结构进行了表征。SnO_2 nanorods with the rutiles structure are prepared by annealing precursor powders,which are produced by oxidation-reduction mixing three kinds of microemulsions(NP5,NP9,and cyclohexane with the volume ration 1:1:1:2)in the presence of salts such as SnCl_4, NaBH_4 and NaCl. The structure and morphology of SnO_2 nanorods are investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the diameter and length of these prepared nanorods were 30/100nm and several micrometers respectively. The nanorods are perfect crystals. The mechanism of the formation of SnO_2 nanorod is briefly discussed in terms of the nucleation and growth process.
