摘　　要：通过优化分子结构和封端技术制备了H9110不饱和聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍树脂 ,研究了合成路线、制造工艺、常规性能和老化试验 ,并将其与国内外同类产品进行综合比较 ;结果表明 ,该浸渍树脂低温快固化、成本较低、性能良好 ,能够满足高压电机少胶云母带配套VPI绝缘结构的性能及工艺要求。The compositing route,manufacturing process,routine performances and ageing tests of H9110unsaturated polyester-imide impregnating resin are introduced.Compared comprehensively with that of the similar products of China and abroad and the results show that the impregnating resin has very good performances,can be cured quickly at lower temperature,has a lower cost and can meet the technical requirements of VPI insulation for dry mica tape for high-voltage motors.
