摘　　要：可中断负荷是需求侧管理措施中的一项重要手段。目前可中断负荷合约成为决定该项措施能否有效执行的关键,本文提出一种分2步渐进优化的合约模式,利用用户行为有效估算其实施费用,据此制定细分用户的新合约,来保证措施有效的情况下,使电力公司收益优化。The interruptible load is an important means of demand side management measure.At present,the interruptible load agreement becomes the key to judge if the measure can be implemented effectively.This paper proposes a 2-step gradual optimized mode of agreement,in which,user behavior is effectively utilized to estimate its execution expense and,on its basis,a new agreement of subdivided user is established,thereby to ensure optimized income of the power company under the condition of effective measures.
