摘 要:目的 探讨移动电话微波辐射对体外培养人皮肤角朊细胞的影响。方法 体外培养的人皮肤角朊细胞 (HaCaT细胞 )暴露于或假暴露于频率为 1 8GHz、SAR为 1W /Kg、 2W/Kg、 3W/Kg的模拟移动电话微波辐射 4小时后 ,检测乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活力及细胞死亡率。结果 在SAR 3W/Kg组可引起细胞死亡率的增高 ,为 13 4± 0 1,与对照组 12 0± 0 1相比 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;在SAR 2W /Kg和SAR 3W/Kg组 ,培养液中LDH活力值 (U/L)增高 ,分别为 13 42 7± 2 2 6 4和 14 14 1± 13 4 7,与对照组LDH活力值 10 17 6±2 0 4 5U/L和 985 9± 2 74 9U/L相比 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 移动电话微波辐射对体外培养人皮肤角朊细胞有损伤作用。Objective To investigate the effect of mobile phone microwave radiation on cultured keratinocytes. Methods The keratinocytes were exposed or non-exposed to microwave radiation for 4 hours with frequency of 1 8GHz, the average specific absorption rate (SAR) at three levels of 1W/Kg, 2W/Kg and 3W/Kg, respectively.The lactate dehydrogenases (LDH) and cell death rate were detected. Results The level of LDH and cell death rate in the exposure groups with SAR of 3W/Kg were significantly higher than those in the control groups. The level of LDH was also found significantly increased in the exposure groups with SAR of 2W/Kg. However, no significant difference was found between the exposed group SAR of 1W/Kg and controls. Conclusions The microwave radiation of mobile phone can cause some damage on keratinocytes.
