摘　　要：　随着高等教育事业的快速发展和教育体制改革的不断深入,高校贫困生人数不断增加,贫困生问题成为高校乃至社会都必须重视的一个重大问题。为了确保贫困生能够顺利完成学业,就必须尽快建立健全完善的高校助困促学保障体系。With the rapid development of higher education and the constant deepening of reform of educational system in china, the number of poverty-stricken students who are pursuing their studies in universities has been on the rise constantly, and the problem concerning this group of students has become so prominent that it deserves full attention of colleges and universities as well as the society. To ensure the smooth accomplishment of their higher education, it is urgent to establish a complete and perfect subsidizing and study facilitating security system in all the colleges and universities. On the basis of the subsidizing and study facilitating practice in our university and the valuable experience, this paper explores a new and better way of solving the problem in colleges and universities nationwide.
