摘 要:从达西定律出发,分析了管外高压砾石充填防砂增液的机理。管外高压充填防砂增液技术通过高液量和大砂量在近井地带形成大半径、高渗透的挡砂屏障;其具有自身转向功能,使多层生产井提高了射孔层的动用程度;能改善甚至解除近井地带的污染堵塞,扩展出油通道,减少油流阻力。通过研究,给出了充填压力、充填流量和充填砂量等参数的设计方法以及砾石和筛管的选择原则,解决了矿场施工技术问题。该技术已施工20井次,累积增油3.2×104t,增油效果明显。<abstract>om Darcy' s law, the mechanism of sand control -liquid increment outside casing gravel packing at high pressure is analyzed. A sand retention screen with large radius and high permeability near the wellbore can be formed by high liquid production and the large amount of sand. Through the function of self-diverting of the screen, the producible degree of perforated zone in multizone production wells can be improved, contamination near the wellbore can be improved and even removed, the oil drainage path can be extended and flow resistance can be reduced. Design procedure for the parameters of packing pressure, packing flow rate and packing sand rate is derived, and the principle to select gravel and screen pipe is gotten from the research. The technical problems in the field construction are solved. 20 wells are stimulated and accumulative incremental oil production is up to 3.2×104t. The economic benefit is notable.
