摘 要:在三峡水电站水轮机模型试验中,发现存在一个特殊压力脉动区,压力脉动幅值超过标书的规定,可能会对厂房振动产生不利影响.为此进行了主厂房整体模型的振动分析数值模拟,研究了主厂房的固有振动特性并进行共振复核;研究了机墩结构在各种动力载荷作用下的振幅和应力;利用动力法计算厂房在水力激励作用下的振动反应,根据国内外有关振动规程,对振动加以评价,为厂房动力设计和运行控制提供科学依据.In the design and manufacture stage of water turbines for the Three Gorges Power Station,it was found in the model test that the hydraulic pressure pulsations are larges than the limitations, and there exists an special pressure pulsation operation range near the full load :onditions. The turbine vibration would induce the serious vibration of powerhouse structure. So a finite element model of the powerhouse was built to accurately calculate the natural vibration characteristics and the resonace with the unit's vibration was studied then. The vibration amplitudes and stresses of the pier structuce were calculated too. The harmonic and transient vibration models were proposed to study the dynamic responses of the structure under the hydraulic exciting force of the water turbines. The numerical results are evaluated based on the respected regulations.
