摘  要:在运行条件一致的情况下对膜生物反应器和投加粉末活性炭膜生物反应器(PAC-MBR)进行比较研究,并介绍了炭泥比的概念,发现炭泥比对减缓膜污染有重大贡献.试验结果表明,PAC-IMBR具有比普通MBR更为稳定的出水水质,COD、BOD5去除率分别提高了3.1%、2.4%.粒径为40-60目和200-300目的粉末活性炭不利于减缓膜污染,而粒径为80-100目的粉末活性炭则大大降低了膜污染,并且其较佳活性炭炭泥比CSPAC=1/4,更有利于形成生物活性炭,减少料液中的EPS,保持较高的膜通量.A comparison between membrane bioreactor (PAC-MBR) was carried out under similar operational conditions.Powered activated carbon concentration and MLSS specific Concentration (CS(PAC)) were defined,and CS(PAC) had made a great contribution to maintaining high membrane flux.PAC-MBR demonstrated a more stable and excellent effluent quality than MBR.The COD and BOD5 removal rate had increased 3.1% and 2.4% respectively.The effluent could meet the quality standard for reused wastewater issued by the Ministry of Construction.The PAC size of 40-60 mesh and 200-300 mesh led to serious membrane fouling.However,the PAC size of 80-100 mesh mitigated membrane fouling obviously.And the optional CS(PAC) was 1/4,which was more beneficial to forming bio-PAC and mitigating the EPS in the mixed liquid.
